It’s raining new HiFi brands at our HQ! First, D&A came in just a couple of days ago, and now, Luxsin – a sister company to EverSolo and Zidoo has arrived. The key difference is that Luxsin focuses mainly on higher-end HiFi gear, emphasizing sound performance over an excessive feature set. Their debut product is the X9, a dedicated DAC, preamp, and headphone amplifier that includes a feature I haven’t seen in any other DAC/amp combo since the inception of this website and YouTube channel. The X9 is priced at $/€1,099 and let’s check it out in the usual fashion.
