Today, we have the pleasure of exploring the latest release from Meze Audio: the 105 AER open-back dynamic headphones. For those unfamiliar with the term, I should mention that I’m Romanian, and “AER” translates to “AIR” in my native language, hinting at the airy and open sound we can expect from these affordable open-back headphones. I had the opportunity to listen to their prototypes back in May 2024 at the High End Show in Munich, and I’m excited to share that they now sound even more impressive.
