THE NEW NAD M10 version 3. Phono Stage and Home Theater now included!
Dear reader, back in 2019, the original NAD M10 was launched, and boy it delivered! A small thingy with a full color display, powerful amplifier and BluOS included, just add speakers and you are good to go. Neat, isn’t it? But it seems that NAD has further improved this great concept by launching their third iteration of the successful M10, the V3, now packing even more features in the same discrete boxy design.
The new M10 V3 looks the same as the two previous ones, but it adds an improved DAC, a MM phono input and support for Dirac Live Bass Control. Besides the overall better sound quality that NAD promises for the new M10 V3, the new DAC is a highly improved version, being built around a new ESS SABRE ES9039 chip. The amplifier section features NAD’s HybridDigital nCore technology serving 100W into 8 or 4 OHMS or 160W into 8 OHMS. M10 V3 has the same myriads of connection options as before, the novelty being the new MM phono input with RIAA equalization.
Of course, the notorious BluOS together with its highly appreciated multi-room support is included, a new hot feature being that via BluOS you can interconnect two M10 V3 together and create a 4.1 home theater setup. This is a feature that is very interesting and never heard of before. This is where Dirac Live Bass Control comes to help, this one tapping into the potential of Dirac technology to help you fine tune your subwoofers.
So, looking at these new features, is the new M10 V3 a cool deal or not? Well, judging by the fact it will not cost more than the V2, it really does make a cool deal! The M10 V3 will cost around $2500 and will be available globally by late autumn.
