The original PX8 launched in September 2022, three years ago, and since then, B&W’s engineers have worked hard to refine their flagship inside and out. At first glance, the PX8 S2 looks quite similar to the first generation, but there are some important changes. The profile is slimmer, and the weight has been reduced by 10 grams. That might not sound like much, but considering the amount of new tech packed into the earcups, tech that should, in theory, make them heavier, it’s actually impressive.
